Hunger Games
So glad that I am an idiot and did not realize that the due dates were on studywiz, but thankfully I thought I was thinking ahead by saving posts and waiting til they were do. So better late than never, right? But not entirely. So anyways, The Hunger Games is just like how everyone said it would be, addicting. Right away there are so many questions I was asking myself, and it has been difficult to put the book down. Katniss as a character is truely stunning. At a young age she is already forced to be the general caretaker of the family. While the tone of the novel is obviously very bleak I am not so sure as to why or what even the Hunger Games are at this point. What took me back the most was how unphased Katniss seemed about her father's death. This is a very depressing novel and seems very interesting. I cannot wait for whatever is coming next.
